E.S. Visco speaks before DOST, PCARRD
scholars
Dr. Emily S. Visco, one of FPRDI’s newest Ph.Ds, shares
with DOST and PCARRD scholars tips on how to succeed in graduate
school. Visco was the speaker during the scholars’ meeting on November
25, 2005 at PCARRD. Passing on advise she received from a fellow
scholar, Visco encouraged her listeners to arm themselves with P-H-D
(prayer, hard work and determination) in order to excel and finish
their programs. Visco received her doctorate in extension education
from the College of Public Affairs, UP Los Baños in April
2005.
